When you submit a service request, we store your name, email, business details, message, consent and selected package in our private studio system so authorized staff can review it and reply. A saved snapshot records the published package, scope, prices and optional additions you selected. This form has no file-upload or payment fields.
We retain a protected anti-spam identifier and a request reference to limit abuse and handle retries. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. You may also contact the studio directly by email; your mail provider applies its own privacy terms. Contact us if you want your inquiry information removed.
On the production website, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and navigation in aggregate. This service does not use third-party cookies. We remove URL query strings and fragments before analytics events are sent. Information entered into the inquiry planner is not sent as analytics data. This version does not include advertising pixels, newsletter subscriptions, payment processing, or customer accounts. Fonts and original illustrations are served with the website. The hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information, such as IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
Creator Spotlight uses the official YouTube embedded player and IFrame Player API. Players initialize on page load using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube/Google may receive your IP address, page referrer and device information, serve advertisements, and access cookies or similar technology. Privacy-enhanced mode does not promise that no information is collected. Videos do not autoplay. Starting a Spotlight video pauses another Spotlight video that is playing or buffering. MahjMedia does not request your YouTube credentials or collect YouTube account data, playback history or player events for analytics. Use of the players is subject to this Privacy policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. Direct links let you watch on YouTube if an embed is unavailable.

Authorized editors manage website content and private service inquiries in the studio administrative area. Editorial sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. Public graphics are served through the website; private source files and inquiries require staff authorization. Visitors do not need an account to browse the site or submit a request.
Articles link to external sources. An approved scheduling link may also be displayed when configured. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices once you visit them.
Keep sensitive information and private project files out of an initial inquiry. Any future asset-sharing, order, or account features will need their own operational setup and updated privacy information before they are offered.
