Do I need finished footage?+
For an editing project, usable footage and a focused brief are a strong starting point. If you need help planning what to capture or shaping the message, mention that in your inquiry so we can scope the creative direction separately.
Can you match our existing brand?+
Yes, the starting point can be your existing identity and reference work. We will ask for your logo, colors, available fonts, and a few examples, then agree a direction before producing the full set.
What will my project cost?+
We agree scope and price in writing after reviewing your needs. The number of deliverables, source material, creative development, animation, formats, and review requirements all affect the quote. The website does not currently take payments.
How long does a project take?+
We confirm availability and a schedule once the brief and required inputs are clear. Include any event or launch date in your inquiry. A deadline is agreed with you; submitting an inquiry does not reserve a production slot.

A full refund closes the order; refunded previews carry no publication license. We cover processing costs on promised full refunds.
